Need to be more proactive to clean common areas
Dishes are left on tables for hours after lunch time (I arrived at noon and by 3pm they were still on there!), tables are not promptly cleaned at breakfast time… which is very inconvenient when it’s busy and that available tables are dirty. We didn’t really feel the promised “comfort”. Even if your room is ready, you either wait for check in time or you pay per hour prior check in!

Thoroughly recommended
Lovely hotel. Good location near town and the train station. Nice breakfast, clean room, small but well equipped gym. Will definitely stay again if we are in town!

Good for a Business Trip!
Had a nice 4-night stay for a business trip. The hotel is quite new so everthing inside was in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the room had a spacious shower. You can connect your phone to the TV to live stream shows if you wish. A nice feature. There is a small weight room, that has the basics. The staff was quite helpful when called upon. My only complaint would be the price for parking if you don't manage to get a spot in the small lot out front. Your looking at 100-125 Sek/night. Seems quite high for an industrial looking area.

Great hotel! It is modern, rooms are clean, and comfortable bedding. Only downside is the room we booked is quite small, but that is very much related to the room selection

Tidig frukost trots julhelg, utbud och tider. Det styrdes helt av om det var vardag eller ej oberoende av om det de facto var juldag, annandag jul. Det är ändå dagar då man vill ha det lilla extra som alla andra söndagar på hotell. Gången till hotellet från centrala Västerås stängd efter 22.30 vilket oväntat nog innebar en omständig omväg i snöyra på en knapp kilometer genom öde fabrikskvarter.
