"Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, with a stove, fridge, dishes, pans. Stores nearby like Billa, Lidl, minimart made it easy to buy groceries and cook with them. Room was clean, cute, and cozy."

"Our stay was marred by the fact that the hotel had not yet turned on the air conditioning and the temperature in the room, above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, made sleeping almost unbearable. The hotel was booked so we could not change rooms. On our last evening the hotel offered us wine and fruit. Nice gesture but still could not sleep, even with the one door and one window open. This was a beautiful hotel but our stay was terrible ssa result of the heat. This was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had."

"The hotel claims to have soundproof windows. However, if you're unlucky to get a room facing the main boulevard, you'll be hearing all traffic day and night. And this is a very busy boulevard. This is the reason why I can't give it a higher rating."

"We stayed here twice, mainly because of the very walkable location, close to a lot of restaurants, historic sights and the pedestrian-only part of Vitosha Boulevard. The rooms are clean, quiet, the beds are comfortable and the staff are helpful. The restaurant offers a reasonable breakfast selection. The floral mosaic walls are beautiful. However, the rooms are designed for style rather than convenience. One of the rooms had a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom, offering no privacy except for a half-wall screening the toilet and bidet. The showers leaked onto the tiled floor. The lights go off momentarily from time to time, and one of the lights is turned on by a motion sensor which woke us up when it came on randomly while we were trying to sleep. There is no night-light to facilitate navigation to the bathroom at night, and the furniture layout is such that there is little space to pass by certain corners without tripping."

"We loved staying at the hotel, the room was large, clean and quiet, the beds were less comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the selection of cheeses and cakes needs to be improved, natural juice is missing, the spa is pleasant and relaxing, the massages are good, the entire staff is professional and friendly, we will definitely be back"
