"The hotel was excellent. I stayed in 7 hotels this week and this was the best one by far. Breakfast great, quiet, walkable, comfortable. I was impressed and the value was excellent."
"We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out.
Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! "
"Great customer service. The receptionist was very welcoming and helped us purchase blue and green parking tickets. Breakfast buffet has variety of options. Clean and tidy.
The room is spacious and has a balcony. "

"Very convenient where the hotel located. 3 minutes walk to the metro station. Half hour ride to airport via metro. Tram stops are just at the hotel main door. We can reach the main sightseeing points easily. Wifi , air conditioner are good. Staffs are very helpful. Price for the hotel is good. Will definitely recommend this hotel. "
"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of 7N in September before and after a tour.
The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is easy walking distance to the main pedestrian boulevard (about 2 blocks) which is lined with shops and restaurants. At the other end of the hotel’s street, trams are available. Next to the hotel is a Bulgarian restaurant which is good and beautifully decorated inside.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The room had a safe and tea and coffee making facilities.
Our only room concern was the air conditioning could’ve been cooler but we simply opened a window to cool the room more."
"Front desk was helpful and recieved my coming late due to layover message. Front desk helped correct and educate me on some basic language and safety aspects of the neighborhood "
