My new favorite hotel in Sofia

This was my second stay. It was so nice to be greeted and welcomed back. The staff recognized me as I walked through the front door! The room was perfectly prepared to my preferences. The staff was incredibly helpful in organizing taxis and directions to a coffee place and a local restaurant. This is my new favorite hotel in Sofia.

*Wonderful Stay in a Quiet and Stylish Hotel* ✨ The hotel is located on a peaceful street, just a short 6-minute walk from the metro station. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of great bars and restaurants to explore. Initially, I booked a room on the first floor, which was a bit too close to the reception and had windows facing the restaurant. Fortunately, the staff kindly helped us switch to a suite on the third floor—and it was perfect! The room was quiet, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was served directly in the room, which added a lovely touch to the experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended

A great hotel to stay at in the center of Sofia. Recent renovation is very nice. Room was very clean, had all amenities, many different eating options within walking distance. Breakfast selection is quite limited and not flexible. I'd gladly return to the hotel on future visits.

A fantastic property in a great location

Awesome place, the quality of the furnature is great and the service was the best we have ever experienced. When we checked in we told them it was our anniversary and they arranged for cake to be in our room as a surprise will come back again for sure

Fantastic stay!

The stay was fantastic. Although we did not get the room we had selected when booking, we got something a bit more accommodating. We stayed in the fairytale suite. It was spacious, appointed with curious details and it was beyond comfortable. We had a car with us and had no problem with parking as we stayed on a Sunday and a holiday Monday. Weekday parking may be a headache, but the front staff are more than helpful to guide you in the right direction. The location was perfect, walking distance to all of Sofia's major hot spots and to excellent food options. The area is also very quiet . I would stay here again if I found myself back in Sofia. Highly recommend if you’re into something unique.

Highly recommendable hotel for the ones to stay in Sofia. Personally it is much better than the intercontinental sofia in terms of fully renovated room conditions and nice facilities. Breakfast was the top notch. Nice reception desk folks!

15 minute walk to St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. And five minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. Several restaurants in the area you can walk to. The balcony is nice but no special view.

Very modern hotel in great locals' area

We experienced serious teething problems with the newly refurbished hotel (external door cards did not work so we were locked out until receptionist got taxi from home to let us in; TV not set up; no shutter over skylight so we could not sleep after dawn; bar/restaurant not open so we had basic breakfast, with no drink etc choices, served in room). Staff were very helpful and apologetic.

Oborishte 63 is the epitome of Bulgarian hospitality. Even before we checked in, they were making sure we were on our way so they would be ready for us. The staff was mindful of our long way to Sofia and they made sure our room was ready with all we needed. By the way, can we talk about the rooms? Each one has a unique style and name. We stayed at the Atelier room and it was superb. Spacious, stylish, genuine, and comfortable. Besides all this, it is located in such a nice neighborhood. Oborishte makes you feel like a local with proximity to amazing bars/restaurants and all the touristic places Sofia has to offer. Plus, Metro station is nearby and so are the opportunities to go to explore the city and reach SOF. I look forward to returning to Sofia and spend my days in this one of a kind hotel. I can’t wait to return to O63!
