The spa and gym were great. The F&B Manager was very accommodating and helpful. The garden outside was lovely but the tables need to be cleaned. Unfortunately things went missing from my room but they were found.

Updated, comfortable and clean hotel. What imakes it stand out from the plethora of luxury hotels downtown is the sraff's exceptional hospitality. Being from the same industry i did appreciate the unbeatable combination of a very comfortable bed, tv with smart view, rainfall shower, scrumptious breakfast with great cofee, beatiful spa and the warm smiles of all the employees eager to help you at any moment. There are policies that are a bit unusual and i havent experienced in other hotels prior but they were no issue once explained.Front desk staff is with excellent communication and customer service skills. English is spoken throughout. The gym and spa area are immaculate with an on call masseurs. The property is located next to a great forest/park, one of the oldest in Sofia and it will take you 30 min to downtown if youre willing to have an adventure. Excellent for traveling with pets. I highly recommend this hotel! It was my home away from home for a week and i will most definitely be back! Thank you Maison

Although the hotel is a little bit outside the city center, getting around was never an issue—taxis are easy to book through local apps and arrive quickly.
