"This was a beautiful classic property in the center of the city and the front desk was helpful and friendly. There were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. On this 6 night stay we only had the room cleaned one time and this was less than satisfactory. As the room was warm we requested an extra flat sheet for each twin bed. This would allow us to sleep cooler. When we returned that afternoon the flat sheets were missing and dirty towels were still on the shower floor. A call to the front desk brought the sheets and I chose to make the beds myself. While making the bed I discovered a stained mattress. I think we were both put off by this"

Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and got upgraded to a connecting room, our room had a queen bed and the connecting room had a double bed, it was perfect for all of us"
