Have stayed previously. Nice location and amenities. Nice rooms. This visit housekeeping was lacking. Entered our room to find it hadn't been changed over yet. New room we were moved to had previous guest's pants and underwear under vanity. Was pushed quite far under and was likely missed, but these details are important. Let front desk know on checkout. Otherwise really like this hotel and location. Front end friendly.

The property is facing the water and nice to walk alone the waterfront. The property itself is outdated. Staff were nice and polite. There are a couple nice restaurants around it.

Beautiful hotel and room. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the river. Room was very quiet. Long Boardwalk beside the river with stores and restaurants. Across the road from the train station. If you're driving, be sure to take the 3rd avenue bridge over the train tracks. Short drive north of the city takes you to Belcarra park which has some beautiful trails.

I visit the BC every six months or so. The facilities are pristine. The hotel is convenient to shopping and when it's clear weather, you cannot beat the view over the river. But the reason I will ALWAYS stay at The Inn at the Quay is the people. Friendly. Helpful. Funny, yet professional. Go. Relax. Enjoy.

I had an event at the Anvil Centre and the proximity was perfect. Even though there was construction on the go outside of the property, it wasn't disruptive.

I enjoyed this stay. It's a shame there is so much construction around this area but this is out of the hotels control at the minute. Also, the $600 deposit is a bit much for 2 nights.

We stayed over the Easter weekend, it was very quiet and relaxing. The beds are super comfy and we had 3 restuarant options within walking distance us seniors. We found the drive to the hospital was quick & easy to see our family, which took the stress off. Our room had such a beautiful view of the river, I would highly recommend Inn at the Quay.

Stayed for 5 nights, the staff was helpful in moving our room to a better view. The BEDS WERE AMAZING!! Shower was excellent and the rooms were clean. The parking was a bit much. I can see charging people to park that are not staying at the hotel, but give your guest parking courtesy when the stay is long. Not related to the hotel, but the photos on the website suggests the boardwalk is packed with shops and restaurants and things to do. It’s simply run down. The small market is open in the other end. The other shops and cafes are closed down. I would certainly UPDATE the website in order to give the accurate impression of what the area is in reality.
