"We stayed at the section that is across the street from the casino. We choose to stay here because we thought there would be more to do. The parking is far from the hotel and unless you drop your baggage at the door or pay 30$ for valet you have to drag it all the way to the hotel from the parkade. Additionally the room service closes early at 10 same with the lounge - only the casino is open which doesn't help when your traveling with children. As we walked outside you could smell cigarette smoke almost everywhere even though people wernt around. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Parking through Easy Park was not a good experience I got the parking ticket despite having paid for 3 days through machine. The staff was unable to assist except guided to go to website or call easy park. I will be mindful next time when such parking conditions are offered."
