"Large rooms, ala carte breakfast"

"Checkin was very long as it was peak time but only 2 staff."

"Over 20 minute wait to check in which was annoying and frustrating. Inappropriate behaviour in pool area (drinking, vaping, own music) and someone throwing beer cans off balcony by adult hot pool. No staff around to supervise. Trashy atmosphere. Our door was physically open when we got to our room. "

"All the staff for lovely, the hotel was very clean and we only experienced the buffet but it was a good spread. The hot tub was a bit small so hard to get into when there was a bunch of people and I did notice a little bit of wear on the doors to the rooms while walking through the Halls but otherwise absolutely lovely place. I'd love to come back and experience lunch and dinner. "
