"It was a last minute reservation and I did not regret my decision to in this hotel. I was very impressed with the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and you can even order from the menu for free. The manager made sure we had enough and enjoy the food. I have traveled around the world but this hotel staff were the most welcoming people in the world. The staff accompanied us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel."

Lee Pham, Da, Anna and the other people in the team have been sooo welcoming, always helpful and smiling we did really enjoy our stay with them. The members of the team always remembered our program for which day. They took care of us really well and the ladies at breakfast where absolutely lovely. "This hotel was in the heart of the old quarter, and the location was EXCELLENT! Shops, restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, were literally steps away, making it easy to find places to eat, things to do, and things to buy. It was also easy for tour companies to pick us up from the hotel. Henry, and the rest of the front desk staff were great, as were the staff in the breakfast room. I would definitely stay here again!"
