"The staff was great. The refrigerator in my room wasn’t working. I went to the front desk and the girl was unable to reach maintenance, but she managed to find a new fridge, carried it to my room and set it up. She went above and beyond and I was truly thankful. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bread/bagels at the breakfast buffet were individually wrapped. The dining area was neat and the staff taking care of the area was in and out, replenishing and cleaning."

"Traveling with our two cats: Only certain rooms are pet-friendly. While ours was nice and clean, the furnishings were shabby, with significant wear and tear. Instead of getting a "boutique" feeling from the stay, we felt, as pet owners, that we were unworthy of better accommodations. The absolute best part of this stay was the complimentary breakfast.
