We love Vantage Point! We’ve been staying here almost every summer for years! Easy walk out to pool and hot tub, to Lionshead, the Village, etc. Close to amazing hiking trails and golf courses. Perfect for our family!!
Excellent condo with all amenities. Great location though listing needs to be changed to reflect that the condo is NOT ski in/ ski out and is NOT 1 minute walk to the gondola. More like 5 minutes . No big deal but listing should be accurate.Overall : Wonderful stay .
Great location and great unit. The reason for the 4 stars is the fact that the water heater was not installed correctly and tripped multiple times per day. Maintenance had to come out the first time, forcing my wife to miss a half day of skiing (which there was no offer of compensation), and the maintenanc did not fix it properly, but fortunately showed us how to reset it each time it tripped. Not fun when you are in the shower and it goes gold. The location, and property itself, were exceptional and I'm sure the issue will be remedied.
Perfectly beautiful, spacious condo in perfect location!
This condo exceeded all of our expectations! It is unbelievably spacious and beautifully updated. Everything about it was perfect for our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. (Small note— the twin beds are a little short, but still super comfy!) The main shower and bathroom is huge and luxurious. There are touches everywhere in this condo that make your stay wonderful, like a gas fireplace, large balcony, everything you need in the kitchen, a place to put snowy boots and hang your coats; the list could go on and on! It is an easy, super short, walk to the ski lift. Everything in the little town area is perfectly within walking distance. It’s a safe, easy 10 minute walk to VailVillage. The view from the balcony and living room is beautiful overlooking the slopes. Parking and getting to your condo. Front door is super easy.The ski locker is very helpful. We did not use the pool or hot tub so I cannot speak to those things, but the hot tub is right near the front door. If we are fortunate enough to go back to Vail, this is absolutely where we will stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied with the entire process beginning to end. We had some flight issues on the front end, and we were able to work through extending the trip an extra day to make up for lost time!
Nice place, updated, clean, great cookware in kitchen, can't be location to Lionshead Gondola. Great view of the mountain. And, the hot tub is 50 feet from your door. Condo is on 1st floor which is nice. We would stay there again.

Location location….
The hot tub and swimming pool were a really nice surprise. We used it every day, just me and my husband, it felt like a private pool. The unit is specious and it has e everything you need.
Having been coming to Vail/Vantage Point for 15 years. Great location and accommodations for the money. This property was nicely remodeled and perfect for our first trip in during the summer. Only slight issue was I requested an early checkin and was declined but they still were cleaning for my scheduled checkin at 4:00. I’d definitely go back to Vantage Point and rent this unit again. You can’t beat the location for the money!

Condo was nice and well appointed. Only down fall was prior renters tampered with the thermostat and the first night sleep was terrible for everyone as it was sweltering and everyone woke up at 2 am sweating.
We could not cool the place down nor turn off the in floor heat. So we opened all the windows which then we were serenaded by I-70 all night with the trucks and eventually temps dropped but we were then extremely cold as the bedding did not support these windows open all night.
Next day the repair person came over and pointed out someone tampered with the gauges marked - do not tamper with in floor heat. All was good after that; but first night stay was challenging at best.

We were surprised at the quality of the cookware. Often, rentals have cheap, flimsy pots and pans. This place had quality. Surprised at the lack of a tea kettle.
Summer weekend in Vail, Great Condo, Easy Access to Town
Loved staying at the property over the weekend. We live in Boulder County, came up for our son's annual Kids Adventure Games. Underground parking was easy to use. The unit is on the first floor, and close to elevator, so easy to load and unload the car (crucial for a family). Also, very large balcony with great view of Vail mountain. We cooked meals every day in the kitchen and the large dinning room table was a plus.
Surprisingly cute spot in a not so cute property. The remodel is 100, loved the feel of our spot. They did a great job w the decor too. Loved all the heated floors. Beautiful view of the mountain and a short walk to the gondola. The hot tub is right next to the highway so that was a bit of a bummer. We met some other ppl staying in the building and when they saw our place they were super impressed. I’m guessing this is one of the nicer units w the remodel and all. Another plus was the guest room had its own private entrance to the guest bathroom.
We had a very nice stay at Jon's condo. Very comfortable for us. Loved the view of the ski slopes and the accessibility to Lionshead Village. Berkshire Hathaway did a great job as managers. They were responsive to the one issue we had. We would stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was very clean which is important in this Covid time. They had additionally left cleaning spray for cleaning during the stay.
As other reviews have stated, it looks just as advertised. We did not have any issues with towels and found there to be plenty.

Absolutely loved our stay. The description and photos are spot on. The only question we had that didn't seem to be totally clear was what the view from the balcony was. We were pleasantly surprised that you're looking right at the sky slopes and eagle bahn lift. Another bonus was that the pool and Jacuzzi are a matter of steps from the front door. The way the building is designed your conveniently on the ground floor in the front entrance, but because the slope and the garage beneath the building, your not on the ground floor in the rear where it counts. My only minor comment would be that the mattress on the lower bunk is almost too thick for frame, so for an adult it would be a bit claustrophobic. But, since our 2 year old slept there it worked out great. Overall it's a great condo in a great location.
