"Loved this place so much. Staff were so nice and even recommended places to visit. If it’s not your check in time , they would help keep your bags with tags. So organized. It’s self check in. They even had a toilet seat cleaner which is quite rare and I loved that. There’s a tram right in front of the hotel. The view was so lovely. Had a great time here. Didn’t get to taste their food but it is a lovely place. I would suggest to put a smart tv so atleast English speaking guests could have something to watch"

"Clean room and helpful staff! The restaurant has quiet a small menu but that just saves time when ordering, I liked the fact that they have an open kitchen so we can see them chefs working hard. The lobby area seemed small because at our time of staying like everyone else it was because we were stranded because of the bad weather and no flights out of Schiphol so everyone was just hanging. We booked the hot tub for an hour, totally recommend it, very relaxing it's just a shame that people don't clean their mess up after themselves. The hotel is set in a nice area and only a 20 minute tram ride to town. "

"I booked this hotel as a last minute option having just had our flight cancelled and it offered 24/7 check-in. The price was reasonable and the hotel was in good proximity to Amsterdam Zuid station. The staff upon arrival and throughout our extended stay were friendly, helpful and polite. The room was a good size, good facilities and most pleasing of all, a decent shower and very comfortable bed with super comfortable pillows. "

"Clean, very interesting and fun room!! It is amazing how comprehensive the amenities are considering the price. 5 minute walk to metro, 2 minute walk to tram. While it is not in the city centre, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is well connected, affordable, clean, cool, and has extremely convenient amenities. "Like many these past few days, my boyfriend and I were trapped in Amsterdam because of the snow storm. This hotel was very affordable for a night while trying to hunt down for a new flight. It’s very basic, but it was perfectly fine. "
