"部屋を2部屋とっていたのですが1部屋かび臭すぎました。 フロントに言ったら部屋にあるスプレーでどうにかしてと言われました。 やってみましたが全然臭いままでした。 4泊もしていたのでおかしくなりそうでした。 あと、火災報知器の誤作動だかなんだか知らないですがずっと朝からなっていて外に見に行ったところスタッフの人にすみませんとだけしか言われなくて怖かったです。 4泊で2部屋とっていたので結構な金額がかかっていたのにこんな部屋と対応でとてもガッカリですし、もう二度と泊まりたくありません。"

"I had a brilliant time at this guesthouse. The owners were so lovely, kind and helpful. The breakfast was varied and wholesome and plenty of it. The room, although dated, was large and I slept really well. It had everything you needed. It is located close to all the sights of Nikko and a nearby Onsen. A bus ride takes you easily to the lake. I wish I could have stayed longer and really recommend you staying here. The hosts are amazing."
