"Good location, friendly staff, bar area was nice but not much atmosphere, it was really quiet, we were the only family sitting in the bar area but that may have been down to the fact that it was a Sunday night. Rooms were bigger than expected which was nice! The parking was a bit of a pain as we arrived earlier around 11am. When we checked in we had to go back to the car park and pay for the hours we had already stayed, then we had to drive out and back in the car park to start the 24hr parking...

"The room was clean but smelt very strongly of bleach that seemed to be covering a damp smell, otherwise the room was exactly what we needed. The parking was good, the surrounding shops are easily accessible. The real star of this stay was the attached pub, great service, food and reasonably priced. "

"As former graduates, we were naturally delighted to be able to stay once more on the campus of the University of Kent (at Canterbury), UKC. It's certainly developed the intervening 53 years! We were particularly impressed by how the University has been able to put key buildings into every available space, without making the site feel overcrowded.
