The hotel was safe, quiet place. With a good view and cozy room. Only missing thing was a convertor for charger which was used and never returned from previous customers. However the staff helped me by telling where to buy.

Lovely hotel in a great central location. Easy walking distance from the station and cathedral. All hotel staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Would thoroughly recommend.

Clean and tidy hotel and the lady behind the bar on the Saturday night was great. Breakfast was really nice and the room was ok. Shower could do with an upgrade to maybe a lager shower head but it was fine. As its city centre it was quite noisy at the front especially as the hotel is surrounded by noisy bars that are open till late. Lucky for us we were in one of the bars until 1:30 so not to bad but this could be an issue for others.

The staff were very helpful, the room was well stocked and very clean. The breakfast was very good and fulfilling with many options. The hotel is centrally located in Canterbury and within walking distance to Canterbury Catherdal.

The room was clean and nice enough decor, however the bed was very uncomfortable, my son's sofa bed was nicer to sleep on. The water temperature was also bizarrely scalding, and the breakfast left a little to be desired, not stocked and missing fresh fruits. Staff were lovely and the rooftop bar is a nice touch. Hairdryer wasn't great, probably wouldn't stay again in a rush but given the price it was acceptable.
