Our room was the only room in the stairwell, right beside an exit door and separated from the other rooms - i was a bit worried about the location at first but it was quiet - which was important to us. "It was fine. The property itself is worn - loose veneer, hallway not super clean. The room was clean enough and the bed was very comfortable. I had read previous reviews and brought earplugs and an eyemask, both of which were quite helpful. "
