"So peaceful and lovely!"

"People at the front are very attentive. I was assigned a room on the other side of the building that doesnt have elevator so I had to use stairs, I didn't want to take my big suitcase upstairs so I asked them to change my room to the floor and they were able to accommodate my request the next day and let me see the room first before they assigned it to me. I forgot the name of the person who helped. Cafe food was good if you dont wanna go somewhere else to eat.Pool was clean and the hot pool is under the roof which was comfortable to sit in it. Property is very clean and looks like the rooms were just renovated and cleaning room service was everyday so clean towels and clean room every day. They have coffee 24 hours at the front desk and clean pool towel also available at the front desk.Not too noisy even though lots of people come and go. King Bed is bigger than any other hotels i ever stayed. Rooms have balconies for fresh air to flow.Overall I am happy to give this place 5 stars. Couple restaurants in walking distance but having a car really help ,8 mints drive away from Los arroyos mexican restaurants where all the restaurants are located."

"Very well appointed hotel but had issues with the air conditioning system and could not get the room cool enough for sleeping. Kind of a bummer. It would be nice if there was a restaurant or room service. Also didn’t loce having to pay $30 a night for parking. "

"Room itself was super clean and staff was awesome but our room in particular was extra loud. Most of the rooms have double panned windows but ours was closest to the street and had wooden door like windows that let all the sounds in. Also walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the rooms surrounding us. "

"Gave us a 1-bed instead of 2-bed. So one person had to sleep on floor. Didn’t have enough towels for us. And we were told we couldn’t check in at 3 pm because they weren’t ready with rooms"
