"Great customer service. They made a last minute getaway special and they offered great personalized service. Their cocktail hour was a pleasant break in the day. Highly recommend taking advantage of their free bike rental especially being so close to the beach and the pier. The rooms are overall clean and very spacious. Loved our stay and will be back again. The pool and jacuzzi were in great condition and they offer a nice gym on site too. Just wish the jacuzzi was a tad bigger (only fits 6) but overeall great getaway. "

"It felt like a charming, small-scale boutique hotel. The exterior beautifully reflected the architectural style influenced by the Spanish colonial heritage of the Santa Barbara area. The interior design throughout the hotel was also lovely, creating a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere. The room we stayed in was about 500 sq. ft.—cozy, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was neat and delicious. Parking was spacious, and it was convenient that we could access our room directly from the parking area through connecting walkways on each floor without having to go through the lobby—especially great for families with kids, as it minimized walking distance. A minor downside was that there’s a storage building right next to the hotel, which can make it a bit confusing to find the entrance using navigation. The entrance itself is also quite narrow, so temporarily parking your car can be a little inconvenient. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. Within a 5-minute drive, there was a shopping center with a grocery mall and various stores, which was very convenient. Overall, very satisfied! "

"This hotel is AMAZING. Check in was easy and fast. The room was beautifully decorated and the hotel grounds were immaculate. I loved the smores and all the fires around the property. I also appreciated the free bike use-we ride all down the beach, wharf and marina! I would 100% stay here again!"
