"This is such a cute house with so many vintage details, the hosts have done a great job decorating the place. There are so many bedrooms and enough beds that everyone in our group was able to have their own bed - folks only shared because they wanted to! It is an older home so note that the stairs creak when you go up and down and that might bother light sleepers. Sleeping on the 3rd floor might alleviate that issue! The wifi code on the listing was not accurate, but the host was able to provide us with the correct info after messaging. When we arrived there were a few items that needed to be addressed, but Keith responded the next day and was able to address them all. Overall this was a great place for groups. One thing to note - there is a cat who lives here when it's not used as an rental - so one of our group needed to get allergy meds as she is very allergic to cats. It worked out, but FYI if others have allergies!"

"I found this place charming. It felt like a throw back AirBnB where you stay in somebody’s home where the owner freely shares their eclectic and delightful appointments. The host seems to have a knack for hospitality - lots of notes and touches like umbrellas by the door. Kitchen staples like oil, soy sauce presumably left for guests. Host immediately responded when I couldn’t find a text with the access information (it was in my spam). She was nice and helpful. This is not the place if you want new matching towels and kitchen items but the place has everything you need plus a guitar and record player and games. Beds are very comfy. A/C consists of portable units which we didn’t need. Traffic is probably too noisy to leave the windows open at night so we just turned the A/C fan unit on. I should mention my husband found the radiator next to toilet really annoying. Bathtub is new and clean. No closet in one bedroom. Great coffee shop one block away. Felt very safe. Appreciated the off-street parking. Would definitely come back."
