Love staying at this hotel for my birthday!! This was our 3rd time staying here!! We also did ski that day at the Mountain top and it was nearby 5mins drive to our room!! The only concern is Room 6307 the shower drainage doesn’t drain well !!

The resort was clean. Definitely eat at restaurants outside of the resort. We didn't have a great experience at the restaurant.The staff werent attentive this year The spa is amazing

We go a few times a year. I do really enjoy this place. It has an excellent vibe and the lounge is always fun. We did the Santa brunch and we did the Christmas igloo. Also, we did the grand Lodge Vip. But the food was not very good at all. I did not eat at the restaurant this time so I can’t speak on the chophouse or the Italian place. We did have brunch with Santa and then we did have the buffet at the Geneva lounge restaurant by the bar and that was decent. The staff is always great. We did have a good time. It would just be nice if the food was better.

This resort is the absolute best in customer service, amenities, cleanliness, accessibility, spacious rooms, great food, beautiful scenery, peaceful environment and awesome entertainment at the indoor waterpark just a few feet away from the hotel. It is a pricey place to be as dated as it is in the main areas. The spa rendered good services but was very run down in the facility. We ordered champagne and strawberries ahead of time and there was no note of it. The grounds are stunning but the infrastructure could use some sprucing up.

We enjoyed the spa and athletic facility. The outdoor pool is very nice. We had to use the indoor pool due to weather and it is nice however, very dated overall. The restaurant food was good but, the overall service was bad. We had to wait a long time for a wait staff to notice us and take our order (2 different times during our stay). The front desk staff and adventure center did not know much about the property amenity details such as if bikes were available to rent. People working the desks should know all the details of the resort when it comes to activity inquiries.

Really nice resort. Had a great stay. Traveled with our 2 kids who loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Great resort. Beautiful golf course and views. Rooms were very nice and clean. Steak house was ok, not a bad option if you don’t want to leave the resort. 10 min from the downtown area. Will definitely come back. Fireworks every Sunday in the summer which was very nice. Overall loved staying here and will be back.
