Ryan was an excellent host! Friendly, great communication, and accommodating when I and my middle aged co-guests’ old eyes needed brighter light bulbs to play a game in the living room. Location is a great home base for exploring Riverwest, East Side and beyond. The space’s decor is as cool if not cooler than it appears in the listing photos, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Our stay went with no significant issues. The property is exactly as shown in the photos and Ryan is a really good host, not an absent landlord. Quick and easy communication, convenient street parking.

This is a sweet property

Cozy spot, comfortable beds, stocked spice rack. Came through for the night with a few friends. Owner met us at the property and gave us a walk around and explained how to properly access the top bunk of the bunk bed. Thanks for everything

Great place for a fun weekend.

The house and host are very pleasant and perfectly situated in a fun walkable area to experience neighborhood foods, bars, walking, riding bikes, etc. but also just a short way or quick Uber ride to downtown festivities. If you like walking there’s a ton to see and do.

Great Stay in MKE

Ryan was a great host! He greeted us upon arrival and permitted us (traveling with younger kids) to check in early as we had a (very) early morning flight. House was in good shape, as advertised. Neighborhood was close to many points of interest. While apartment was darker than anticipated, it did not hamper the enjoyment. Kitchen was very well supplied/stocked. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 7 at this property. We all fit very comfortably here and having 3 bedrooms with multiple options for sleeping arrangements worked perfectly. Ryan was great with communication. The space was very clean and had a lot of character. Would highly recommend this property.
