"Extremely clean room, great location - right next to Uguisudani station. Short walk to Ueno and Asakusa. Great food nearby and great amenities. First hotel during my first stay in Japan -- will definitely come back again. The staff was friendly, state of the room was clean and always comfortable. "
"We were only here for the night after landing but quickly fell in love with the location. On our way back we stayed at another hotel maybe 15 min away walking distance. We didn’t realize how close some of the shops were from this location as we were only here for 1 night before going to osaka but there’s convenient stores around the area as well as some fast food, don quijote and local food shops. Also a jump store if you’re into anime. The staff was very welcoming as well for our first time"
"Very friendly reception, i had an excellent stay there. They were very helpful and it was easy, thanks to advice i was given, I was able to go to a concert and know what to do as well as being able to buy things I wanted to take home when I left. The room is very well provided for and clean"
"The hotel changes towels and takes out the trash everyday during our three days of stay. We enjoyed the hot spring and the location was great. Check in and out was easy and staff was kind. Only suggestion I’d give was breakfast choice was very limited. "
"Impeccable service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The concierge, Mi Mi (I believe), was a joy to talk with, and helped us when we first arrived."
