The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant. The staff there were opposite of the staff in the reception. They were reluctant to help and didn't show any motivation at all.

The Hotel Bellclassic foyer looks very classy, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Checking in went smoothly. The hotel is located within walking distance of Otsuka station where you can catch the Yamanote line, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was surprisingly spacious. However the room did feel a little dated and it showed with various stains in the carpet and curtains. It was also a little dusty in certain places. Overall our stay was good but I think the room would benefit from a deep cleaning.

駐車場がすぐ隣なのがいいと思いました コンビニも近くて歩いて行けれる距離でレストランも歩いて行けれる距離でとてもいいです ホテルがとてつもなく綺麗です

何度か泊まっていますが今回が一番良かったです。 室内も綺麗で寝やすかったです。 ただ車いす用駐車場が一台分しかないのが残念です。 又正面玄関の入口が段差があり車いすでは不便を感じました。

机の中に電気付き鏡があったのはとても良かったです。いつも洗面所で立って化粧するか、暗い中座ってやるかでホテルではうまく化粧ができたことがなかったので、さすがブライダルホテルだとおもいました。 エントランスのセンサーで鏡の電気がつくのは、ちょっとうるさく、自動じゃなくてもいいかなと思います。

新年はここで迎えました。

大塚駅横の立地は便利で池袋隣なのに静かで歩きやすいです。ホテル内のお正月飾りも素敵で快適な年越しとなりました。 シャンプーも髪のまとまりが良いタイプのものが置いてあったのでラッキーでした。 お掃除大変かと思いますが、お風呂のタイル目地の汚れが気になったので、そこだけ。 スタッフさんの接客も良かったので、また泊まりたいと思います。
アメニティが揃っているのは楽で嬉しいです。

スタッフの対応がとても丁寧

ベッド上に置いてある円柱形のクッションが、背中に座り心地が良くて快適でした。 滞在中困ったことがあったとき、スタッフさんがとても丁寧にご対応くださいました。コロナ禍での長期滞在で不安がありましたが心地よく過ごせました。スタッフさんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 部屋は長期滞在だったために壁や床にあるシミに気がついてしまいましたが、全体的に綺麗だったので許容範囲です。 朝食は飲み物も食事もバリエーションが少ない気がしたのであともう一歩と感じました。 駅近なので迷わずにホテルにたどり着けます。池袋周辺でホテルを探すときはまたここを選びたいと思います。

The hotel was very nice and just a couple of minutes from the station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The many small details in the room such as the heated mirror so it doesn’t fog up made this stay a wonderful experience.
