"i went at check in said room wont be ready till later gave me keys i came back key didnt work the desk said they upgraded me went to new room it was dirty dust and stains everywhere and was loud all night there is no pool or breakfast like it say i tried 2 complain they would not even give me 69b⁶t⅚"

"I have never left a review like this ever even when the places are not so good but this place was terrible. The windows was boarded up. It was junk cars sitting all around. The property was terrible. It smelled very bad when you walked inside be had, I don’t know if they was junkies or homeless but the place is bad. It had tape up all across the doors on the inside. I drove all the way up to to visit my family from Baltimore and I will never return back to this place again this is the type of hotel where you need to carry your gun. This is my opinion only almost every window was boarded up. This should not be a hotel. This should be a paid by the hour motel overall I give this place a zero out of five"

"This was our first stay using VRBO. Check-in couldn’t have been any better. The home was in a quiet setting, back off the street. It worked well for our visit to Cleveland Clinic. The home was well stocked, clean, good WiFi and some wildlife viewing. It has a full bath connected to one bedroom and is walk through with a half bath next to it. The room layout is unique but very functional and there is a very nice attached sun room with lots of windows. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely use it again, if in the Cleveland area in the future. We think you’ll like it too. "
