"Accommodations were very nice. Hotel does need a face-lift, but I learned from chatting with the staff that they plan on doing that. I didn’t realize until I was leaving that the room next to me had a family with 2 pets. I would hope that they would designate certain rooms for people with pets and are in a separate area from other guests. "

"Very comfortable house that has been beautifully rehabbed. It has a convenient downstairs bedroom/bath. The location gives easy access to attractions such as the art and natural history museums, and the Rock & Roll Museum…both a short distance west on I-90. The pool is pristine and has an outdoor living room adjacent. The owner was extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had."

"This property was falsely advertised ysung staged photos that weren't current and was filthy.Im currently in dispute as We Left to a hotel less then 4 hours after check in and the owner refused a refund of any kind for a 30 day stay.Ive never had this bad luck with vrbo begore."

"We found this rental literally on our way driving to Cleveland from Boston. Unfortunately the original vrbo we booked had to be cancelled because a tornado swept through the day before and knocked out all power. We were thankful to have found this one, but unfortunately were disappointed with what we came across. I had to take out the shower liner because of how disgusting it was and had to clean the tub before I let my kids shower. We also realized the toilet seat was broken, but still usable. The microwave also did not work. I let the manager know and in the beginning she was quick to respond and very apologetic. Even letting us know that a shower liner would arrive via amazon and we should open and replace. It never arrived. I have texted her several times since we left and have not heard anything in response.
This place is way overpriced for what you get and where it is. Again - we were thankful to have found a place in the emergency situation, but will never use this place or management company for a vrbo rental again. "

"The Owner has a property management company handle this property for him.They informed us and VRBO that they were getting in touch with him, but we never heard from him. On Thursday 7/18/24 the downstairs vedroom doorknob got stuck but can turn from out side. Friday 7/19/24 the upstairs room our 20yr old daughter gets stuck in the room at 10:30pm. We called the number listed on VRBO for the host. We also messaged the host. Trying to get someone to answer so we wouldntt have to break the doorknob to get our daughter out of the "
