"Our reservation was messed up thru no fault of our own. The staff at Spark in Rahway not only fixed it and honored our reservation, but upgraded us to a suite which was roomy, clean and just fabulous at the rate I was originally promised. They didn't have to do it but they did. Customer Service is friendly and superb. I will be booking at the Spark again in the near future. "

"We stayed at this hotel in Newark for a family visit to NYC. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to the airport and take the train into the city. My only suggestion would be to have two hotel shuttles so they can run every 15 minutes instead of waiting 30+ minutes at the airport. Our suite had plenty of room to accommodate our family of four. The breakfasts in the morning were amazing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Newark/NYC."
