Nice staff, clean room, TV only few channels worked even after trying to retune. Fold out lounge not suitable for adult. Ok for us as we booked it for small child.

The rooms are great and good comfortable bed. However, pool closed at 6pm…they state on two huge signs that they have breakfast for you but they do not! And the office was closed at 6pm.. we arrived just after 6 and it was very confusing and frustrating getting our key to check in… also, you had to keep key in slot in room to have lights… if you want choices on your tv… they don’t have many here…very disappointed we could not use pool or have breakfast when they clearly state they have it.

We would definitely stay here again. Excellent Staff onsite. Residential neighborhood, easy walking to parkland, harbour or shopping Very spacious comfortable room with separate bedroom, kitchen facilities and private balcony at very reasonable price. Ulladulla is a small friendly community to spend time in with good selection of dining options
