Be our guest and enjoy the amazing views from this condo. You have unobstructed views from Seagull Retreat located on the top floor of the northeast side of B Building.

Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience. The north beach area is more residential and as a result, is the more quiet end of the island. The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

This condo offers television in the living room and the bedroom as well as wifi. There is a queen bed in the bedroom.

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. SBRC IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX. NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO. YOU MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED WHILE DOING SO.

Perfect Hideaway

This condo is the perfect place for a couple to stay in a quiet little corner away from crowds. The bed is comfortable, the view is lovely, and beach walks or bike rides or reading can fill your day.

Three days at the beach

Condo was just perfect for the two of us. Great locations- close enough to restaurants and things to do but far enough away for peace and quiet. Nice to sit on the balcony watching dolphins, ships, and the water

Very relaxing. We were on the balcony every day/night enjoying the view and listening to the waves. Condo was cute and well furnished. Hostess easy to reach. And Savannah is a quick drive with tons to do.

Pretty good.

Condo is as described and seen in the photos. There are A/C units for the complex that are pretty loud if you’re in a top floor condo. My wife is a light sleeper and really didn’t get a full nights sleep for four consecutive nights.And, the pool needs better maintenance. The filter system is not working; and if the pool guy comes (3 of 4 days, he didn’t) he only skims the bugs and gunk out. By midafternoon it’s gross again.Overall the property is fine. Communication with the condo owner was excellent.Having Huc-a-poos within walking distance is nice

Amazing view!

We loved this place! It was perfect! The condo was just as described, with everything you need for a 6 day stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful place, this one is for you! North beach is a relaxing and less busy than South Beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play and the cargo ships pass by from the balcony. If you’re interested in the cargo ships, we’d highly recommend taking the Savannah Port Tour, it was awesome. The 2hr historical bicycle tour of Tybee Island was also a must do. If you’re looking for some yummy food, be sure to add The Crab Shack and Huc-a-Poo’s to your list. This place/area is a must see! We highly recommend. 😊

Scrubbing Bubbles!

The property was as pictured, older but tastefully decorated with nice furniture. The view was lovely. However, the shower/tub was not clean. It could be greatly improved with the use of Scrubbing Bubbles to get all of the soap scum off and make it shine again. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. I hope this feedback is helpful and you try out my suggestion.

Tybee Island is our new favorite spot!

We loved staying here! We were on our honeymoon and have never been here. The room was exactly as pictured and perfect for two people. Every day we saw dolphins in the ocean from our balcony. It was so quiet and peaceful. There were other people around us but it was still so quiet. You can walk to the pool and beach in a couple of minutes. They are both right outside your room. We rented bikes and the bike company just put our bikes at the bike rack and picked them up before we left. We got our key from a lockbox and there was instant text communication from the condo workers if we needed anything they responded right away. The only thing is we couldn’t find the elevator and didn’t think there was one until we were close to leaving the condo we found out there was one at the other end. We didn’t mind the stairs but to take our luggage up when we got there was a lot to do. We did find it before we left so my husband used it then. There are so many shops and places to eat within walking distance. There’s quiet back roads with minimal traffic so it’s super nice to walk or bike. We also spent time in the mornings waking the beach and getting seashells. This place was beautiful. If you want something more rowdy you can go to the other side of the island but we loved coming back to a peaceful place. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely wonderful

It was seriously such an amazing stay! The location is wonderful. Steps feom the beach and a beautiful view. We could sit on the balcony and watch dolphins every morning! It's also so close to Savannah. It was just perfect.

First trip to Tybee

Perfect stay for 2 people. Beautiful ocean view. We were lucky enough to watch dolphins from the 3rd floor balcony. They were swimming around the shrimp boats. This is the only place we will stay on our next trip.

Perfect Location

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and listening to Live Music, a tasty, convenient coffee shop and Chamacos Tacos was a hidden treasure.

Nice view and location.

The property is located at a nice, quiet location on the top floor, with views of the water. It is just steps from the beach. The unit is rather small, and is in need of some TLC. The check in process is very straight forward and the property manager is very responsive. There is a nice dive bar (Huck A Poos) within walking distance with reasonably priced drinks and food and excellent pizza.
