This historic two-bedroom industrial loft blends edgy design with modern comforts for an unforgettable stay in Atlanta. Urban Bliss on the Beltline is located in Old Forth Ward's, Krog Street District, of the Beltline.

The Atlanta Beltline is an extraordinary attraction for visitors and residents alike. This 22-mile loop of paved trails connects parks, and neighborhoods and creates a vibrant public space for recreation and cultural expression. Along the path, you can stop at restaurants, shops, and breweries while experiencing Atlanta culture through local art.

Studioplex is located on the Beltline, where you can walk to SPX Alley and Krog Street Market. 100% of guests love this location for all that it has to offer. Studioplex is within walking distance of the birthplace of MLK, Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Park, and Ebenezer Baptist Church. Old Forth Ward (O4W) is where visitors and locals alike come to be immersed in Atlanta's culture and community. Take a walking tour of street art and national historic sites with a local guide. In addition to a vast selection local cafes, restaurants, breweries, shopping, and historic sites, Studioplex is within 2 miles of Mercedez-Benz Stadium, World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta, Illuminarium Atlanta and much more!

The historic loft is located in the infamous Studioplex- a popular place for creatives- it is a mixed-use business and residential building. The space boasts a 17 foot ceiling height with two skylights a brick wall, and a unique loft bedroom space and floor to ceiling custom velvet black-out curtains.

Local artists Matt Jenke of Jenke Glass Blowing and Julio Ceballos a talented woodworker, were commissioned for projects throughout the loft making a one-of-a-kind curated space. From the chandeliers to the antique doors every aspect was thoughtfully designed for an authentic Atlanta experience.

The home has many smart features including voice-activated LED kitchen lighting, track lighting, and a Google smart home among others. The bathroom space is ultra modern and luxurious featuring a smart toilet, and thermogenic ceiling-mounted rain shower, and a waterfall. Many lights in the loft are on dimmer switches to set the scene for relaxing or romantic lighting.

This home has a full kitchen with Thor appliances, an ice maker, a Ninja blender, a smart faucet, LED lighting, a dishwasher and microwave, dishes, utensils, a spice rack, cooking oil, and cookware. There is an independent coffee/ tea/ wine bar decked out with wine glasses, coffee, and tea mugs, an expresso machine, scale and expresso tools, A coffee grinder, a kettle, and a Keurig with a full-size pot or by-the-cup options. The bar is stocked with sugars, creamers, and a variety of coffees and teas to choose from.

There is a 55-inch Samsung Frame TV with streaming services. Amazon Prime TV and Netflix are included. High-speed Wifi through Google Fiber.

Prime city parking is included for free. Parking options include an onsite covered parking garage and open-air lot.
