We had a problem with our door lock and he went the extra mile for us and made sure we got in and all was good as he was getting off his shift. "Great accommodations! Rooms were huge and spotless. Excellent overall but rated it a four because some ammenities were off site. The indoor pool and the pop up bar were at another sister location ‘the lodge’ down the street. I didn’t understand that at the time of my booking of 3 rooms for my extended family. Also while the indoor pool was fine, it’s in a spot that does not stay warm and it was uncomfortablely cold when getting out of the water. "
