Stay was good. Staff was excellent and on top of everything. We had an issue with the door lock, so the staff quickly changed our room across the hall. Breakfast was one of the motel breakfasts we have had at a motel on the road. The only deficit was the lack of an in room dorm style refrigerator.

I love this property simply because it’s neat and clean. And close to my daughter - she lives in Burlington. Also I lived in Burlington for awhile and love the area. Thank you to the staff for the comfortable surroundings and the quiet.

Great location, can't beat it! Try the bakery across the street and the coffee shop in town. Room was pretty small compared to normal. Breakfast was excellent. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Right next to the train tracks and very loud if you're a light sleeper. Would book again if in Burlington!

Very nice room and good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Good location. It is next to a train track but we could barely hear the train when it passed by so it didn't bother us. We didn't have time to check out the pool so can't evaluate that. Only complaint is that there was no refrigerator or microwave in our room. Luckily it was cold enough outside that we could leave our food in our car overnight.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager, Jessica Tawwater. From the moment I arrived, Jessica was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my stay was comfortable did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate her efforts in making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Jessica for her outstanding hospitality

I've stayed here several times and will say it is definitely the best hotel in the area. On this trip, my a/c was really not great. The thermostat was set at 63, fan on high, and it was not at all cool in the room. I asked about it at the desk and the associate did something on their system, which maybe cooled it off a degree (I had to borrow a fan from my friend who lives in the area). The hallway was easily 5 degrees cooler than my room. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, staff is great, breakfast options are quite nice and location is perfect.

Every employee that we ran into during our stay was polite, friendly, and helpful. Room was quiet, despite the train tracks that run directly behind the hotel every hour, or so. Double queen room was a bit small for three people- it could have used another 3 feet added to the depth. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety each morning. Walking distance to Burlington's cute little downtown area- shops, bakery, restaurants.

This is a fairly new property, but it ia scaled down Hampton Inn. It's clean, but the rooms are very small and basic... no refrigerator, no frills, none of the things that make it feel like home. It definitely is better than the other options we saw online for this area. The small town of Burlington is quaint and the Hampton Inn is an easy walk to restaurants and the cute town. We are enjoying it.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, same room even. The lamp shade is broke, has been since we stayed the first time. The room could use a deep clean. Sweep Round the baseboards, clean bathroom shower doors and slides. Other then that room is comfortable and convenient.
