Got a room with a balcony viewing the lake, it was well worth it! Sat out there for hours just watching the boats, enjoying the atmosphere. Well kept hotel, clean room, comfy beds & plenty of things to do around. Staff was nice & helpful & cheerful! Very welcoming. I’d definitely go again.

Bathroom wasn’t super clean when we arrived. We did have to throw a toilet paper roll away as it had stuff all over it. Room was nice as it had a fridge and microwave. Easy to check in and out. Close to downtown

The property is located right next to the lake and downtown, making everything in the downtown area easily accessible by walking. The property itself was lovely and well maintained. The outdoor pool was beautiful, although a little small. The indoor pool, however, was very small and crowded, and the strong chlorine made it uncomfortable to swim in. My kids didn’t enjoy the indoor pool much. Overall, it was a great experience and a very nice choice for a one-night stay.

The location was the best part about this hotel. The room was very average, we were expecting a nicer place for 500 a night. The lake View would have been nice but not when you are basically sitting on the parking lot on level 1. Our door would stick shut every time it closed. We loved Lake Geneva but this hotel is not somewhere I would recommend.

The hotel was great overall. The location was perfect and walkable to a lot of places in Lake Geneva. Unfortunately the outdoor pool wasn’t open for Memorial Day weekend when the rest of the nearby hotels had their outdoor pools open.

The hotel is located right across from the marina and has great lake views. The only issue we had is that the elevators were constantly full of hotel staff with large carts making it impossible to fit people in with staff using the elevators to transport cleaning carts and supplies. I would suggest having a dedicated elevator for the staff to use so that guests can also use the elevators to get to their rooms.
