"Suzanna is the heart and soul of the property making sure you are taken care of, have rides, rental car, things to do. Before we even arrived I had an emergency situation resulting in a reschedule. Suzanne and Winnie were able to assist so that we did not have to cancel our trip. They are angels! All staff are excellent, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was cleaned to perfection daily. The transport to the Kokomo and beach is great and really allows you to relax. There is someone at the beach to help and watch your personal items if you want to go to the restaurants or walk the beach. They have all the kitchen essentials, coffee, tea, and a handy cooler to bring drinks and snacks to the beach. Their beach location is perfect. We enjoyed the quiet location and ability to walk to Bobs bar, Land & Sea, etc. taxis were available at night to bring us back. We definitely recommend and will return! "

"The resort has so much potential. Our ocean front room in building 4 was spectacular. Building 4 had a private breakfast nook, hot tub, bar on floor 5 as well as a bar restaurant on floor 6. The room had a full kitchen which helped to offset the resort food. The included breakfast was a joke and didn’t offer protein. They offered a credit but we never saw it come off the bill. Unfortunately, that is where the resorts starts to struggle. We chose to eat at the resort nextdoor for lunch because the food was not that good at ours. You do not have many dining options at the resort. The onsite dinner is only a 3 course meal. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the friendliness of the staff. Not everyone fell into this category, however the day time restaurant staff was not friendly. The beach attendants bringing drinks were not friendly. Compared to other resorts on the island we were very disappointed. The resort is very relaxing and has so much potential. The grounds are well maintained. Chairs are so close to the water which was perfect. They need to fix the food options as well as the staff’s attitude. "

"Traveled with my wife and two kids (4 & 6 yo). We had a beautiful trip and staying at Harbour Club Villas played a big part. Marta and her son, Mike, were both very welcoming and professional. They greeted us in person when we arrived and on our way out, they took time to visit with us one last time. It’s that personal touch that made it feel like home. The villa was very comfortable and clean. We had access to a cooler, beach chairs and towels, which turned out to be a nice convenience throughout our stay. Finally, the location was perfect. We were within 5-15 min of driving to any of the beautiful beaches and restaurants. Overall, it was a trip that exceeded expectation and we were thrilled to have experienced it with Harbour Club. "
