"We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! "

"I had a good stay overall, beach front access to beautiful water. So close to the water! The amenities are wonderful at little to no cost ( paddle board, snorkel gear) Food was good. The only upset were the housekeeping staff at times. A couple of times they came into my room very early (9:30am) and walked into the room. One of them yelled at me to put the “do not disturb” sign up when i am in the room. Which i understand my fault it in in not doing so, but this is the only hotel that I have found housecleaning to come in so early. Some (not all) of the staff weren’t the most friendly which was a bummer as well. Overall this place is wonderful and has potential to be better with some tweaks."

"My husband and I had a great stay at West Bay Club. The entire resort was pristine and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. Great snorkeling about 10 minutes walk away. The only negative was that our room had quite a bit of light coming in at night but I was told they will be getting blackout curtains. We ate the free breakfast every day but only ate dinner there once."

"Excellent stay and a fantastic host!The property was exactly as described and impeccably maintained. Its central location made getting around incredibly easy. Loved the use of the beach chairs, towels, small cooler, and snorkeling equipment. What really stood out, though, was the host, he truly went out of his way to address any questions and ensured everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended!"
