2 Bedroom Villa With 360 Degree Views Set High On Hill On 5 Acre Estate.

New for Fall 2024 : The swimming pool is no longer shared - it is now private for the cottage. If you see reviews about a shared pool, that is no longer the case! The pool is all yours!

This home is set on one of the highest points in Providenciales called Sunrise Ridge. Turtle Tail, our neighborhood is not the usual overdeveloped resort area full of condos. Our neighborhood has well spaced multimillion dollar homes. No noisy neighbors here, just space, piece and quiet and have I mentioned the views?

Since Turks and Caicos is all about the weather and being outside let's start there. Right alongside the house is our new swimming pool. Sit on the deck with your morning coffee and watch the ocean change color. When it heats up, cool off hanging out in the pool or retreat to the covered porch that runs the length of the house. When it's time for dinner, you can choose the well appointed full interior kitchen with new appliances or throw something to grill on our BBQ. In the event it is getting cool, light up the firepit and sip on a cocktail while waiting for dinner. Then you can dine on our large outdoor table with nice lighting accents and a fan in case it didn't cool off!

No condos or resorts with guests everywhere here - this is all for your use, There is an adjacent studio that shares the entry way and parking area but they have their own outside area and swimming pool!

OK lets go inside. The home has everything you need to enjoy the Turks and Caicos islands including a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave and washer and dryer. We travel a lot ourselves so we know what people need to be comfortable so we've provided a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, kettle, hairdryers etc. etc. We've tried to add everything you'll need including beach chairs, coolers and a sun umbrella for the beach along with buckets and spades for the young ones!

The main bedroom has a king sized bed, built in closets and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to form another king. There's a/c in here too.

The house has a 52 inch Sony HDTV equipped with a fire stick with Netflix and connections for you to hook up your own media. Of course there is wifi for staying in touch

Please note : A/C use is generally not needed since we have such great breezes. A/C usage IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY but is metered and guests can be charged for excess usage (leaving on throughout the day when not in unit/ leaving on when doors and windows are opened etc..)

Amazing views

Easy check-in and a good location. It was about 15 minutes to all of the places that we wanted to visit. The views were amazing and the property was good for a family with teen girls.

Beautiful home and view

We enjoyed the property. The location was easy to get to all restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed having our own pool and patio. The view while having our coffee in the morning was amazing. We did lose power twice while we were there but Allison and Terri responding and checked on it within the hour. I understand it is common on the island. This property is a must to rent if you want privacy with a view but close to everything with a car. The property has everything you need and the beds are also comfortable. If you are going with a larger family there is a larger house next door or you can rent the studio next door as an addition to the cottage. Great property we plan to go back.

Amazing, quiet location. Views of water with all different blue tones was out of this world. Cottage has everything you need. Pool was perfect to cool off or just take a mental health day. Easy access to the IGA and numerous restaurants

Absolutely spectacular with exceptional communication.

The views are NOT to be missed - TCI is mostly flat, so to be up on a bluff is completely unique. You are surrounded by views. The property is secluded, serene, and spotless. We treasured our sunrise. Communication with Alison was next-level, and so appreciated. Would love to return for a longer stay.

Really enjoyed our stay there! Location was great, pretty quiet and was only a short drive to get to Grace Bay. Beautiful views from the cottage and communication with the management was easy. Definitely recommend this place!

Awesome stay

Ray and Allison were super attentive. The cottage was exactly as described. Our two adult children and us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely views. Crossing our fingers on a future return. TCI is a wonderful island and so are its people and the beaches are the best we’ve experienced and we have travelled a bit.

THE VIEW!! And the best Property Manager

This place is so perfect - the views are breathtaking. It is centrally located on the island so you can travel to adventures on one end or the other - car/jeep is a must. The sun on the pool is perfect. Our Property Manager Terri was so communcative! If we had to add anything it would be a cookie sheet (we cooked 2 meals a day at the house) and more furniture in the den for movie watching but, it was perfect for us. We will be back for sure!!!

Family Vacation

Great communication with host. Location was fantastic, nice and private. Plenty of space for a family of four and all of the neccesities needed. Having the pool was a plus. Close to the grocery store and everthing was a short drive. The studio was not occupied while we were there and a couple arrived the night before we left so I can't comment on that. We would stay again, thank you for a great time.

Stunning Views

The views from this property are absolutely stunning. The cottage is exactly as described. It had everything we needed for beach days and for grilling and cooking. Great pool and outdoor kitchen/fire pit area. The Venetian Settlement area is very nice, and everything is just a short drive away. We rented a car (a must if you want to truly see the island and all the beaches it has to offer). This place is perfect for a family of four or two couples.

Perfect family retreat!

We loved our stay! For our family of 3, this was the perfect getaway spot. From the location, to the views, the convenience of the pool, the affordability, to the quietness, it was the vacation spot we were looking for. The cottage size was roomy for our family, and having the ability to wake up, grab breakfast, and go right out to the pool and have that access throughout the day was amazing. Our little one loved swimming and it was incredibly convenient having the pool steps from the cottage. We love doing our own thing and having family time rather than being in the hustle and bustle of crowds, so this was exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again!

Amazing time at an amazing cottage

This cottage was super cute. The pics don’t do it justice. The beds were super comfy. My family especially enjoyed the pool- my kids went right to the pool after spending the day at the beach. Terri, Allison, and Ray we’re all very easy to contact if needed. Amazing view of the ocean. They have a few beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool floaties there to use. We would definitely stay again.

A wonderful stay!!

Great communication with the hosts before, during, and after our stay. Finding the house was easy with their directions and check in was a breeze! The house and grounds are beautiful, we loved sitting by the pool in the mornings, just enjoying the peaceful views. We did have an issue which the hosts worked to resolve right away and communicated with us promptly throughout and it was resolved within the day (the AC stopped working and they had a new minisplit put in.). The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The bedrooms each have their own AC and we slept very well. I have absolutely no complaints and would love to stay again!!

Great location and stunning natural beauty

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Ridge in the Venetian Settlement on Turks and Caicos, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning natural beauty of the surroundings. The property is perched perfectly to offer breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and pristine beaches that the islands The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor dining area provided the perfect setting for enjoying them. The staff - Terri and Alison were incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Location-wise, Sunrise Ridge couldn't be better. It offers a sense of peaceful seclusion while still being conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The nearby beaches are some of the best I have ever seen, with powdery white sand and crystal-clear water that are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities. Overall, my stay at Sunrise Ridge in the Venetian Settlement was nothing short of exceptional. It provided a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and natural beauty. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway in Turks and Caicos.

The cottage was perfect for our family of four. The views were beautiful, so we spent a lot of time out on the patio and enjoying the pool area. The location was within easy drivimg distance to everything on the island. The Grace Bay and Chalk Sound areas were all within 15 to 20 minutes. The cottage was clean and nicely designed with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place to stay with a small family

My family had a really great time on our vacation here. The private pool has a beautiful view and was the perfect place to relax after a day of activities on the island. The hosts could not have been more responsive. We accidentally left a few items behind and the host let us know before we even noticed and had them shipped back to us. We would highly recommend renting this property.

Paradise

Enjoyed our stay and already miss that view. Had a water and power outage for several hours during our stay. We enjoyed daily visits from two local cats. It’s beautiful and we hope to return someday.
