"It clearly had not been lived in for ages. Sheets over TV, dining chair stacked on table, cobwebs everywhere. My elderly sister eventually found the info and had to go outside in the rain, dark and cold to turn the hot water on. This need was never comunicated by the managing agents Bella Holidays. I had called them numerous times for an early check in as my mum is 95 years old. They never confirmed this. The place only had one (small electric) heater in the living room. It's a two story house. Cold, musty, dirty and unpleasant. The bed was not even tucked in which makes me think someone had slept in it before us. I do not recommend!"
