Schönes Haus, gutes Frühstück, gut ausgestattete Küche. Personal teilweise superfreundlich. Ansonsten eher gelangweilt und wenig informiert. Ohne Trinkgeld wurde lediglich am ersten Tag sauber gemacht. (eher ein kurzer Check, ob Wertsachen im Zimmer sind). Während des Aufenthalts wurde im Nebenzimmer Geld gestohlen. Polizei kam nur durch permanentes Anfordern. Jedoch keine Konsequenz. Schriftliche Bestätigung wurde verweigert. Auch wenn wir nicht betroffen waren, bleibt ein schlechtes Gefühl!

Very dirty, the staff is lazy, horrible breakfast, coffee was only nescafe. Bedsate ok, but the rooms is full of mosquitos and cokroaches. It was many dead cockroaches layong around in the room. They didnt bother to was it out before I asked to horrow the washing gear. We got a spray to desinfect the room. Do not revommend

הגענו לקבלה, הפקיד לא ראה את ההזמנה שלנו במחשב ולא ידע אפילו אנגלית בסיסית כדי לתקשר.בסוף תקשרנו איתו דרך גוגל טרנזלייט. דיברנו בצ'ט עם נציגת hotels (יעילה מאוד) שניסתה להשיג את המלון בטלפון בלי הצלחה. גם כשביקשתי מהפקיד מספר אחר אף אחד לא ענה. בסוף היא שלחה להם מייל, והפקיד התעקש שלא שילמנו מראש למרות שהיה כתוב במפורש (באנגלית) שכן. אחרי ששכנעתי אותו הוא החליט ששלמנו על חדר עם מקלחות משותפות (הפקיד עצמו היה נחמד וניסה לעזור,אבל קשיי התקשורת והוראות שקיבל מהבוס שלו לא אפשרו לו) . בשלב הזה אפילו נציגת הוטלס לא הצליחה לעזור כי היא לא תפסה אף אחד. דרשנו לדבר בטלפון עם המנהל שידע אנגלית מגומגמת וגם זה דרש ויכוח ולא עזר. בסוף התפשרנו על מקלחות משותפות, אחרי שעתיים(!) של צק אין בחום בלי מזגן. בערב גילינו שאין בכלל מים חמים במקלחות וברור שזה לא נאמר בשום שלב. ביום האחרון ביקשנו לצאת בשעתיים איחור, והם לא הסכימו (גם הפקידה הזו לא דיברה אנגלית) רק אחרי שביקשנו כמה פעמים הם הסכימו לשעה איחור. אומנם הם לא חייבים, אבל גם בצק אין וגם בצק אאוט ההוסטל היה כמעט ריק לחלוטין ולא היתה שום סיבה לא לתת לנו חדר נורמלי ויציאה בשעתיים איחור אחרי כל האי נעימות שנגרמה לנו בגללם. יש בריכה, אבל היא נראתה לא נקייה וויתרנו. לטובה- המיקום היה לנו נח, החדר עצמו היה נעים עם מזגן, מקרר, מיקרו וכספת מפתח (לא קוד), יש מטבח משותף והשירותים המשותפים היו נקיים, כך שמי שמחפש חדר עם מקלחות משותפות יכול להסתדר, אבל חווית השירות כל כך רעה שחבל להסתכן.

The stay was ultimately disappointing and awkward. It was a shame, as we liked the room and the pool courtyard. Unfortunately, we had an incident where money was stolen from our room. I had hidden some US dollars, which to find you would have to look through my things. Whilst we were away from the room, someone had gone through my stuff and taken some money. When I told the reception staff they said that I had to wait until the next day to talk to the boy who cleaned the room. He said that I was checking out, however I was not checking out for another day (which seemed to suprise him) The next day I asked the reception staff what was happening. He said that the cleaning boy (who I think was his son) had not taken anything. He went on to say that you should not leave things lying around in your room. I stopped him there and said: 1. The money was hidden and you'd have to search for it and 2. There is a level of trust at a hotel that you can leave your possessions in it without them being stolen. He then said Ok and that I would need to talk to his boy. About 15mins later the reception staff and the cleaning staff came to find me and he said he did not take anything. I said that's what anyone would say and somehow my money is missing. The reception staff then asked if I wanted my money back, which I obviously answered yes to. After some time he came to find me again and gave me 50US dollars and made me sign 2 different pieces of paper

Nettes Hotel etwas vom Touri-Trubel entfernt

Beißender Geruch im Zimmer (Evtl. Lack oder Farbe). Haben dann für die erste Nacht ein Upgrade bekommen, die 2te Nacht mussten wir aber leider wieder in das andere Zimmer, weil alles andere ausgebucht war. Es wurde jedoch mir Raumerfrischer versucht den Geruch zu überdecken und mit angeschalteter AirCon war es dann auch akzeptabel. Staff war stets hilfsbereit.

My two-week experience at Hostal Nativos has been nothing short than amazing, supporting my brief Tulum stay! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and social -- always ready to help out! The installations are even better than what is shown on the pictures -- I was expecting less and was very surprised with the actual situation! I totally recommend! <3

バックパッカーに最適

ADO、コレクティーボどちらの到着地からも徒歩で行けます。毎日マメにお掃除されており、ドミベッド清潔。ベッドカーテン付き。キッチンあり。公共用的なシャワー、トイレが設置されてあり混まない。（ただし温水が出るのは二階の共用ユニット1つのみ！）朝ごはん豊富。シャワー排水はどこもつまり、流れるのがすごく遅いです。フロント対応が親切です。

Al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían camas disponibles y cuando pretendían entregarnos las habitaciones estás no estaban listas por lo que nos tuvimos que retirar del hostal
