Excellent location. But, no hot water in shower or sink, safe didn’t work, AC was weak with limited hours, did not change towels or bed linens unless asked (numerous times) & room was extremely hot & muggy. Also on check out, management asked for additional money because was only 25 minutes late on exiting room. Cute and chic but disappointing.

Incredible ecohotel in a great location in Tulum Beach! The treehouse makes you feel like you are outside and is a cool vibe! I would only wish there was a little more security.

The hotel is beutiful and well decorated. Stephanie at the front is the sweetest and answered all our questions and gave us great pointers about the area. I like that the water was okay to use for brushing teeth, they provide drinking water as well. Everybody that works there is very kind and hospitable. The area was the only sort of miss, the roads are in bad condition and isn't the safest to use as a pedestrian. Also taxis will charge you insane prices even for a few minutes drive. The hotel itself I highly reccomend if you'll be in Tulum

Overall decent stay… especially for the price and location but honestly won’t be back to this residence. Downfalls/negatives 1- air conditioning said 8pm-8am sometimes turned on at 7 sometimes 930 same with turning of in morning… some morning would wake up at 7am with no air and a hot room. The air conditioner also won’t allow us to set a temp, was 16 c the whole night no adjusting. So slept in pants and long sleeve shirt. 2- asked for breakfast (which was advertised at front desk) only to be told to wait one hour then 1:30 mins later told they could not make due to no keys?? 3- had hot tub in the floor of our room.I booked this room due to terrible back issues and someone who sits in a hot tub 2 times a day at home ( morning and night) the hot tub was freezing upon entry. Asked why they said would take hour to turn on and warm up. 1:30 later and still only luke warm water and no jets at all. 4- the building has such bad walls/ noise canceling attempts it was almost impossible to find a way to sleep before 1am when music turns off from neighboring clubs. No TV in the room either to help level out the noise. Positives I felt very safe Staff was friendly Bed was comfortable Room cleaning was awesome

My stay at the Hidden Treehouse was disappointing, to say the least. I booked on hotels.com and the property listed that there was parking available, Air conditioning, and a "hot tub" in my room. When I arrived, none of these things were available. I was on my honeymoon with my new husband and we were very disappointed by the service and amenities at this hotel. There was no parking on-site, but rather a public parking lot down the road that cost over $50 US for the night and did not seem very safe for our rental car. The room had an air conditioner, but it only worked between 8pm-4am. I understand that it's an "EcoHotel," but it should be advertised that there are limited hours for AC. It was 37 degrees celcius that day. Finally, we paid extra for a room with a "hot tub," as written on hotels.com. Instead, we got a grimy hole in the floor, with no spout for hot water and just cold, stagnant water. There were no jets, no movement of water, just a cold, sad pool. The employee who greeted us at reception seemed pretty unbothered about our dissatisfaction and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, nor did the owner (who wasn't present). They denied a reimbursement or credit of any kind, even when Hotels.com got involved. Best to avoid this place at all costs.

Instalaciones excelentes, habitación y baño limpios, el baño está súper bien bonito y decorado, me encantó, el aire acondicionado tal vez necesite manteniendo ya que no enfría mucho o tal vez porque la habitación es amplia. Deberían de hacer convenio con los estacionamientos vecinos y ofrecer dentro de sus precios ya el estacionamiento.

Sur la plage à tulum

Eco-Hotel côté jungle, à proximité immédiate des beach club. Chambre et vue sur la jungle vraiment étonnante, on a l’impression d’être dans une cabane au sommet d’un arbre. Hyper orienté ecoresponsabilité, mais du coup impacte le confort de la chambre (usage de la climatisation limitée à la nuit, donc difficile de rester dans la chambre dans la journée). Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits, donc ok, mais pas plus pour moi. Personnel adorable, aidant, à l’écoute et cherchant vraiment à faire passer un bon séjour. Bon petit déjeuner de qualité, fait minute par une cuisinière :) lit de qualité, très propre.
