"We stay here frequently... this is a great location close to Burnham Park and the Orchidarium. The Premier double room has a wonderful city view. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date, but the front desk kindly fixed the error. My only real complaint is that you cannot use a debit or credit card at the front desk; those transactions must be paid online."

Baguio is in the mountain region the Philippines it gets cool in the early hours of the day but it gets very hot in the middle of the day. Buffet breakfast was good with local and international dishes. Will stay again."

"Loved the buffet breakfast! Staff is amazing! Very kind and attentive to guests! I will note that 1 of the 3 rooms booked had an odd smell. They kindly sorted the situation and changed room. This location is also close to Robinson mall where the grocery store/any other shopping you need to do is located. You can easily find tricycles also there, but we instead chose to drive. We did not have an issue with parking although it spaces can be tight the security guards in the parking lot were very quick to assist! Awesome stay!"
