"Beautiful hotel with an excellent location to shopping,dining and transportation. Has a 7-11 on the premises which was very convenient. Had connecting room which was great. Rooms were very small but made good use of what space was there. Onsen was really nice. Only negative for me was the price to use the pool. Also for the price charged was limited to one hour( they charged by the hour) you could not go in a second early. Over all…pleased with our stay."

"The hotel is in a good location, just on the edge of Namba - super convenient without being in the frey of things. Breakfast was good- excellent range of options. The hotel bar was a little lack luster and the lobby was big but seemed under used. The room felt smaller than what I expected, but this is Japan and rooms typically run small - I just expected something a little more roomy than advertised. We were in an executive twin room. The tiny eating table was more in the way than useful due to the size of the room."

"The hotel is in a good location for train access and close to main attractions, Kuromon Market (across the street), Dotonbori (15 minutes walk) and Shinsekai (one train stop away). Universal Studios is a 30 minute train ride away. There is also a Lawson’s very close to the hotel and the Namba Walk (Underground shopping mall) that connects to the subway. The rooms are standard size for Japan and it was an efficient use of space. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower and tub, large counter and shelves. There is an AC unit in the room that made the room cold for the hot summer days. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was easy. We were only allowed one key card for my family for the room which made things inconvenient if we were not all going out together and you need a key card to access the your floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others to stay."
