"Overall a pleasant stay! The room was clean and modern, stocked with amenities. The hotel was up to date and clean. It was in a good spot and walking distance to Dotonbori, with nearby shops. There was a 24-hour 7-11 right next door. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with great options and they were very accommodating to my children. Laundry on one of the lower floors was easy to work and convenient to have. Hotel also has a QR code in the room for their preferred luggage forwarding service which we utilized to transport our luggage to our last hotel. Overall very happy with our stay here!"

"The hotel is located very near the Dotonbori and is a flat walk everywhere. Staff at check-in were very helpful and allowed is to leave our small luggages as we arrived 5 hours before check in. It allowed us to go around Namba and Umeda."
