"Excellent service from the staff: attentive, kind, respectful and proactive to my needs. Breakfast and dinner get better the longer you stay. It’s a value ryokan fit for relaxation in the mountains "
"Excellent place to stay! Great views and a true traditional Japanese Ryokan. The garden is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The building is quite old and full of history which adds to the charm. Would stay again. "
"Dinner can be provided. We had pizza and pasta and both were excellent. Host is very nice and gave us a nice introduction. Highly recommend this property. "

"Property was amazing! If you are looking for a great luxury getaway that is affordable, this is it. Wished they communicated the benefits and amenities more, but I believe this was simply language barrier."
"The hotel was very nice. The breakfast Buffet is expansive. The rooms were relatively large (by Japanese standards). The area can be confusing to navigate, but the staff are helpful. It is right in the middle of a shopping arcade, but the room was not noisy. "
"Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable. "
"24hours coffee and cold water offer at the lobby. Some personal amenities can take back to your room. However, i dont like the ice water area as i saw some people put their plastic bottle to fill it up so their salvour will be in touch of the drinkijg machine which i personally find a bit lacknof hygiene."
