"What a wonderful place to stay in the peace and quiet and yet within easy access to Truro, Newquay, Falmouth etc. Ben welcomed us and made us feel at home straight away. Our room was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and had a view across the countryside. Breakfast was quite possibly the best breakfast we've had. We enjoyed the full English breakfast and the scrambled egg and smoked salmon, all cooked to perfection. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip down. Thank you....

"Just back from a lovely stay at Red Fox Barn. It's at a fantastic location, close to Perranporth and has the most beautiful views of the rambling Cornish countryside. We received a very warm welcome and top class hospitality throughout our stay. The accommodation is so comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. We very highly recommend a stay here."

"The quality and comfort food etc was excellent but my disappointment at check-in was paying a 3,5 % surcharge because I was paying by a cash card ( not even Amex or Diners) especially when Hotels .com guarantees the amount you pay at the time of booking This surcharge should be on the booking details. I have booked Hotels in Italy where they state payment in cash only no cards"

"Fantastic I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, well equipped, brilliant situation, easy to find, off road parking.Lovely bathroom, super linen,great host. Sadly fridge had a jug of sour milk in it and clearly hadn’t been cleaned and the cooker & hob had not been cleaned, the grill pan was rather sticky. Overall wonderful- thank you"

"Travelling for business so booked this place. Unfortunately i hadnt realised the bar and restaurant was closed on Mondays. Wayne was there to meet me and kindly offered me a lift to somewhere and offered advice on the buses which stop right outside. So i turned it into part of the adventure and headed to Falmouth for my tea. All easy and convenient. The morning breakfast at the Stag was simply amazing ! I woukd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the area. "

"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."
