"This hotel was nothing short from amazing. The concierge staff were very accommodating. I booked this hotel for my lady for her birthday which was 11/25 and just by checking and asking a question for curiosity, they upgraded our room to 37 floor city view, gave a is a complimentary bottle of red wine, along with complementary snacks. Thank you to Tabitha , Jose’ & Mr Robinson for taken real good care of us. We will definitely rebook in the future when in town. "

"Great staff. One suggestion would be to add a garbage bin near the entrance I noticed guests have a hard time wanting to throw garbage when arriving to the hotel. It’d be useful to have that to save littering "

"Staff were all great. Could not have done more for us. Shampagne on Reception was just wonderful, she treated us so well. We are so thankful and grateful to her. Great Italian restaurant in foyer, and the diner Tick Tock. And discovered The Butcher & Banker in the basement on the last night! Great Speakeasy bar and grill. Great bar man."
