Spacious, stylish rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and Tempur-Pedic beds. Amazing city views, especially from higher floors and the rooftop penthouse. The hotel is in need of some repairs. Seems like there maybe hasn’t been any upkeep to it. Our bathroom window would not close properly, bathroom door would stick on floor when trying to open/close. It looks like they have painted multiple layers over doors and latches to hide things. Window seals and floor around bathtub were dirty, seems like they have only been hitting the high spots during cleaning.

Cool hotel in an interesting NYC neighborhood. Walking distance to Little Italy, China Town, SOHO… Terrible pillows and inconsistent replenishing of towels etc. Friendly service staff.

Rivington / LES Stay

Great stay, very accommodating staff, excellent location in LES. Would definitely go back again. Spacious room with separate front area perfect for traveling with a baby. Little things like having trash cans in stairwells also helpful. Comfortable bed with gigantic showers (best water pressure in NYC). Front desk super helpful with nice personal touches.

Great location, close location to subways. Friendly staff. Overall the property is nice but the rooms still have carpets. They look old and had a few stains on them. The air quality in the room was also not great, and no fan in the bathroom doesn't help that situation.
