Listening to the river was nice from the balcony but you also get to listen to all the cars. Very convenient to a trolley stop and a short walk to all the shops. Pool area doesn’t look very inviting because it corners the parking lot."

"We generally enjoyed our stay with the highlight being the central location in Gatlinburg. The staff was great, the free breakfast was surprisingly good (the biscuits and gravy were delicious) and the parking was convenient. The property feels old, kind of stinks and our room was very dated but it was clean. My daughter loved the pool area as well. In general it was a nice stay but I do wish it felt more updated and that the beds weren't so rickity."
