"Great hipster vibe. Large room, exceptionally clean for a vintage property. Robes, great pillows, French press coffee in room plus minibar and snacks. We did not join the breakfast buffet party but it’s included. We did get more coffee near the front desk. Area is very sketch as you may imagine - not their fault. "

"Solid hotel, but expected more. Rooms are ugly, very dated decore. City view is view to the top of some roof, you dont see anything but the depressing. Is depreasing. The room was very long and sort of narrow. There was a small TV at the end of that tunnel, too far to see anything. Pool is nice but cold. Jacuzzi did not work. Also long wait to talk to anyone from service."

"We arrived at the property and it was under construction which was fine the check in staff was not friendly then we get to the room and the bathroom was not clean had rust and moldy looking spots in the tub and the carpet was coming up and there was a nail sticking up and we stepped on it multiple times "

"Staff very accommodating. Does not hesitate to help. Central location. Close to link from and to airport and monorail to space needle. Very clean. The only downside is the noise at night from people on the street and ambulance/ police sirens."

"I’ve stayed here a handful of times and every time it has been wonderful; however, we were severely disappointed in our last stay. Upon checking into our room, there was an opened half gallon of milk in the fridge and the tv was stuck on channel that was repeating a lullaby story. When we reported it, they asked us, in all seriousness, if we wanted to keep the milk. We also ended up finding used underwear in the bathroom. They did end up fixing the TV but it took two hours until our internet was back online due to the fix. I paid for everything upfront through Expedia, minus a quoted $64 tax charge that was to be paid at the property. Upon check out, we were charged almost $400 for taxes and parking. They charged an undisclosed $72 per vehicle per day, and overcharged the “destination tax” that was quoted by Expedia (which is ridiculous cause I live locally). When I tried to call to discuss the charges, their phone extension sends you to a voicemail stating that they won’t talk to you on the phone and you have to send them an email. I emailed them as requested, it’s been a week with no response. Very disappointed."
