"WORST La Quinta I have ever stayed in! Dirty and smelled like wet dog! My biggest complaint is the check-in process. I did a pre-check-in online which required me to upload a copy of my drivers license and provide my license plate. Doing so ensured that I would not have to provide these documents when I checked in, making the process faster. Once I got to the hotel, there was only a virtual kiosk to check in, which was very slow, and there was a line of people. When I rang the bell at the front desk, Someone did appear, and then demanded I show all of the documentation that I had already provided during the online check-in process. That only was I annoyed, he was rude."
