"We didn't stay there. We enter the room and turned right back. Everything looked old very old. The tub looked all chipped and furniture looked like it was from 1800. The room just didn't look like we wanted to sleep there."

"The a/c in our room (217) was not cooling properly. There were hairs on the beds, and sink, a dirty hand print on the armoire/closet, and stains on the carpet. The room had a musty smell. During the night, a roach appeared on the top of the wall above one of the beds. The ice maker on the 2nd floor did not work. We requested early check in, but no one got back to us. After asking twice, we were granted a late check out. However, we were locked out of our room when we starting to load up at 10:50 a.m. We had to get a hotel staff member to let us back in to get the rest of our belongings, and ended up checking out a little ahead of the regular check out time. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past. It was always clean, and everything was operable. Not sure why there were so many issues this time. Also, they now charge $10 for parking, where before there was no fee. No streaming apps on the tv. The breakfast was decent though."

"There's something wrong with the entire air conditioning system in the hotel. The rooms had to be set at 65°. We walked in it was freezing and damp. There was a dehumidifier, a portable one in each room, which is bizarre to begin with. Ours did not work. it was malfunctioning. The humidity was at 90% with the temperature at 65°, the maintenance man spoke no English I mean zero. The front desk guy had to come up who is bilingual to translate, but they still didn't even know between the two of them how dehumidifier works. They kept saying they'll be a light flashing when the water fills up in the unit. I said the unit is not working. That's why there's no water in the tray. They finally did bring a new one to the room and it started to work, but we had to listen to that thing running all night long.Also there's no free Internet unless you're at Hilton honors member. I requested three times for Management to call my room. They said there was no management on the site but they would have them call me because they're on call. No one ever called me or my room. I also gave them my cell number but no call, this place is not worth the price. It is very badly managed."

"Booked a king bed through Expedia upon arrival another customer was complaining about not getting the room that they booked upon entering the only member working the desk stepped away and was gone for about five minutes to get another customer a plate it then took said front desk clerk 15 minutes to fully check me In. Not very excited about the check in process I worked for five years in the hotel business and even though the room was clean staff can scare away your customers I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again. There was more warmth in the extended stay front desk lady at the next door location then at the la Quinta that I stayed at."
